OUR MISSION
The Confidence Library exists to strengthen literacy, confidence, and communication skills in active learners, especially children who thrive through movement, creativity, and hands-on engagement.
We improve reading comprehension, retention, and self-expression by combining in-person read-alouds, technology-enhanced learning, and confidence-building activities that treat literacy as a skill to be practiced, experienced, and performed, not memorized.
Our programs integrate storytelling, social-emotional learning, and active play to meet children where they are, creating immersive learning environments that support both academic growth and emotional development. Through schools, community centers, and family-based experiences, we help young people build confidence in their voices, deepen their love of reading, and develop the skills they need to succeed in and beyond the classroom.
READ-ALOUD EVENTS
SUMMER ENRICHMENT
The Confidence Library’s four-week summer immersion camps integrate literacy, technology, and active play to create engaging learning environments for active learners. Students strengthen reading comprehension and confidence through immersive storytelling, guided instruction, and movement-based experiences.
COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS
We actively connect with communities to spread the joy of reading and confidence-building. Our initiatives aim to create a supportive environment where children can thrive and develop a lifelong love for learning.
